2020年暑期放假和秋季學期開學通知
全體留學生:
本學期的課程已臨近尾聲，暑假即將來臨。現(xiàn)將我院2020年暑假具體安排通知如下:
1.中國國境內(nèi)我校留學生從7月21日(周二)開始放假，8月20日(周四)報到注冊；
2.中國國境外我校留學生暫不返校，具體報到時間另行安排；
3.2020級新生待學校統(tǒng)一安排后報到入學。
重要提示：
1.暑假留校學生嚴格實行出入校園登記制度和體溫監(jiān)測制度，留學生公寓實行封閉管理，執(zhí)行晨午晚檢制度。學生應減少不必要外出，原則上不前往國外和國內(nèi)中高風險區(qū)、不跨省域長途旅行，確需離安的，須履行審批手續(xù)；
2.根據(jù)疫情防控要求，未經(jīng)許可，國際學生不得從國（境）外直接來陜返校；
3.國際教育學院暑期開設漢語素質(zhì)提升課程，請各位留學生按時上課。

1.負責國際處（國際教育學院）的日常業(yè)務工作和來訪人員接待工作；
2.日常值班人員要加強對留學生安全用水用電教育,落實留學生公寓安全穩(wěn)定檢查工作2次/周；確保24小時通訊暢通，重大事項、突發(fā)事件第一時間報帶班領導，按照帶班領導指示及時處理；
3.安全穩(wěn)定值班人員值班地點設在留學生公寓，負責留學生暑期安全穩(wěn)定管理工作。

Notice for 2020 Summer Vacation &Autumn Enrollment
Dear all,
The course of this semester is drawing to a close, and the summer vacation is approaching. The arrangements for the summer vacation in 2020 of the International Education School are as follows:
1. International students of our school in mainland China will start their holiday from July 21 (Tuesday) and register for next semester on August 20 (Thursday);
2. International students outside mainland China will not return school temporarily, and the registration time will be arranged separately;
3. 2020 freshmen will enroll under the arrangements by the school.
Reminders:
1. Students staying on campus during the summer vacation shall strictly implement the campus registration system and body temperature monitoring system. Closed-off management shall be executed in international student apartment and the morning-afternoon-evening temperature monitoring system shall be implemented. Students should reduce unnecessary outings. In principle, you should not go to other countries (except your homeland) and domestic mid&high-risk areas, and do not travel across provinces. If you really need to leave Ankang, you must go through approval procedures.
2. According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, without permission, international students are not allowed to return school and Shaanxi from abroad directly.
3. The International Education School offers Summer School for international students to improve their Chinese, who are requested to attend classes on time.
