國際處（國際教育學(xué)院）2021年暑假放假及秋季開學(xué)通知 Notice for 2021 Summer Vacation & Enrollment of Fall Semester

國際教育學(xué)院全體師生:

根據(jù)學(xué)校統(tǒng)一安排，現(xiàn)將我院2021年暑假放假及秋季開學(xué)事宜通知如下:

一、放假及開學(xué)時(shí)間安排

1.學(xué)生放假及開學(xué)時(shí)間安排

1)中國國境內(nèi)我校留學(xué)生從7月11日（周日）開始放假，8月26日(周四)報(bào)到注冊；

2)中國國境外我校留學(xué)生暫不返校，具體報(bào)到時(shí)間另行安排。

2.教職工放假及開學(xué)時(shí)間安排

1）放假時(shí)間：教職員工（含外籍教師）7月17日起假。正式起假前，教職工離校要按照《安康學(xué)院教職工請假暫行規(guī)定》履行請假手續(xù)。

2）下學(xué)期開學(xué)時(shí)間：管理服務(wù)人員8月24日報(bào)到上班；教師8月25日報(bào)到上班。

二、值班工作安排：

1.日常值班

日常值班人員職責(zé)及工作要求：負(fù)責(zé)假期國際處（港澳臺(tái)辦、國際教育學(xué)院）的日常業(yè)務(wù)工作；確保24小時(shí)通訊暢通，重大事項(xiàng)、突發(fā)事件第一時(shí)間報(bào)帶班領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，按照帶班領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指示及時(shí)處置。

2.安全穩(wěn)定值班

安全穩(wěn)定值班人員主要職責(zé)及工作要求：嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行值班安排，堅(jiān)守崗位，認(rèn)真落實(shí)值班任務(wù)，并做好值班記錄；重點(diǎn)關(guān)注留學(xué)生假期安全，每日定時(shí)進(jìn)行留學(xué)生公寓樓內(nèi)巡查，確保穩(wěn)定安全；確保24小時(shí)通訊暢通，負(fù)責(zé)處理留學(xué)生公寓內(nèi)突發(fā)事件，向有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)報(bào)告情況，并按領(lǐng)導(dǎo)要求作出處置。

寒假期間留學(xué)生相關(guān)管理工作應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照《國際教育學(xué)院2021年暑期及秋季開學(xué)工作安排》實(shí)施。

According to the arrangement of University,we hereby inform you of the detailed arrangements of 2021 summer vacation and the enrollment of the coming fall semester as follows:

* Schedule of 2021 Summer Vacation & Enrollment of Fall Semester

A. For overseas students, the detailed arrangements are as follows:

a) International students in China will have asummerholiday from July 11toAugust 26 (Thursday). Students are supposed to register for fall semester on the date ofAugust 26.

b) Overseas studentsoutsideChinacouldnot return touniversitycurrently. The specific registration time will be arranged separately.

B.Arrangements for teachers:

a) Teaching staff (including foreign teachers) will be off-dutyfrom July 17. Beforevacation begins, the staffneed to submit official request for leavein accordance with the Interim Provisions of Ankang University.

b) The opening time of the next semester: the management and service personnelshould be back towork on August 24; The teacherneed to be on-duty fromAugust 25.
